At our salon, we have the following policy for the mutual convenience of both our
clients and our salon.
– We have the right to refuse or stop services for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude, aggressive , intoxicated or has contagious
conditions.
– No kids allowed unless they are being serviced.
– All services are non-refundable.
– Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
– Health issue(s), diabetes, medications, etc… must be communicated before
service.
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
– We are happy to fix any lifting, chipping, cracking, broken nails within 7 days
guarantee, but not change color or design.
– We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we must carry out
because of damage that you have caused.
– Regular polish does not include a guarantee.
– Customers are responsible for the color of their choice.
– If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately,
and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
– As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have
accepted and are happy with the services provided to you.
– Leaving the premises without payment is considered theft and police will be
called.
– We reserve the right to take the next customer if you are 10 minutes late by
your appointment. From there, the next available tech will help with your
service.
– Please limit phone conversations to 5 minutes and avoid using Bluetooth devices or speaking loudly to maintain a relaxing environment. Thank you!
– I hereby grant permission to Eclipse Nail Bar and its representatives to photograph and video me, and otherwise capture my image, and to make recording of my voice. I further grant to Eclipse Nail Bar and its representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute these images and recording in any media now known or later developed for promoting, publicizing or explaining Eclipse Nail Bar, and its activities and for administrative, educational or research purposes. Photography, video image and voice recording are the property of Eclipse Nail Bar.
